FPPC Releases 2024 Primary Campaign Filing Schedules
The FPPC has finally released the 2024 filing schedule for political campaigns for the March 5, 2024 Primary Election. Here, we present a short summary of the dates relevant to local committees. Please refer to the FPPC's page for state-level filing and more details (and also note, that dates may change, so check back with the FPPC).
Check your local ordinances! Some cities and counties have additional filings, e.g., there is a 3rd pre-election filing in the City of San Diego.
12/06/2023 - 03/05/2024 90 Day-Pre Election period
Committees must file form 497, the 24-hour/10-day Contributions report, depending on contribution received/made totals set by the FPPC.
